Refund policy

I hope that you are really pleased with your order. However, in case you decide you would like to return your items, please follow the steps below:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. You will need to provide the email confirmation or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. 

1. If your product was damaged when it arrived, you will receive a full refund & you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the product.

2. If the product is not damaged, but you would like to return it for any reason, the product must be sent back in the same condition that you received it (unused, and in its original packaging). It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for any postage costs for the item to be returned.

To begin a return, please contact us via email at yvonnefreemanart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. You must first request a return before sending your item back to us, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if there is a problem (the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item), so that we can take a further look at the issue & correct it for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.


Exchanges
As everything (except for printed greetings cards) is one of a kind, we cannot exchange items.


Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund is going to be approved. If it has been approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
